All activities organized by Levante Actiu have liability, accident and rescue insurance that covers their participants, as well as the necessary guides with their respective qualifications for the correct development of the contracted activity.

LLevant Actiu is NOT responsible for any type of liability when:

-The client is under the influence of alcohol, drugs and/or narcotics.

-If you are under the effects of any medication that may compromise your stability, reflexes, or that in any way affect your ability and you have not previously reported it.

-If the client suffers from cardiovascular diseases, is pregnant, suffers from an injury or physical limitation that prevents them from carrying out the activity without risk to their health, wears prostheses, special glasses or contact lenses that prevent them from carrying out the activity without risk to their health. health, and has not previously communicated it.

All information obtained from you will be kept confidentially and under lock and key and will not be available under any circumstances to third parties.
